Hybrid fitness takes all health aspects into account and does not focus only on a specific area, such as bodybuilding or running. It also does not include complicated movements as in CrossFit. So yes, everybody can join hybrid fitness.
Our strength training with focus on the basic strength movements like Squats, Deadlifts, Bench and Strict Press helps you to become the strongest version of yourself. This helps you to carry out all your daily movements without any problems, even years from now.
Our cardiovascular training with focus on Zone 2 training and running intervalls increases your heart health, which increases your energy and nutrient supply.
Our functional workouts help you to increase your VO2max, which is one key factor for your endurance performance.
